cramped layout humming noise

The gym facilities were quite comprehensive and met my workout needs.

My room, a King Room, felt smaller than expected. The layout seemed cramped, especially with luggage. The air conditioning unit made a CONSTANT humming noise. It made it difficult to sleep soundly, even with earplugs.

decent stay, some issues.

breakfast variety helpful staff credit card confidential document

i found the breakfast variety amazing, especially the soft idiappam. all the staff i interacted with were helpful. i also appreciated the housekeeping staff for the cleanliness of the room. the facilities were well kept.

The front desk requested a copy of my credit card. i considered this a confidential document and it. I've never encountered that before in my travels. i also found it strange, considering the prevalence of fraud these days.

Okay Stay, but Room for Improvement

incompetent valet covered access

The valet service was not good. They did not park my vehicle when it rained Heavily. I had to self-park and walk outside to the lobby because there was no covered access. the staff also directed me to the wrong exit when i returned.
